Will be interesting to see how Sargon goes. I remember months ago when the idea of a conversation stream was floated with him and he nearly creamed his starstruck jocks.

How is Adam Baldwin still relevant to GG? He coined the term on Twitter during The Quinnspiracy, great. But he's no expert on ethics, censorship or journalism and some of his opinions are downright batshit insane.

by no means should anyone feel they need to go as deep down the rabbit hole as Baldwin, but he has long called out media bias and collusion (as the MSM is markedly left). Plus he has dealt with "enthusiast" press for ages (in movies/tv).

He also has had to deal with issues pertaining to being accused of wrongthink and having that effect his day job.

That is actually why I think a lot of right/libertarians have found friendship and shared purpose with gamergate, much like Julian Assange, they see that calling out media bias and BS in even a niche field like gaming is crucial if we are ever to tackle larger issues where the media is basically lying to promote their social agenda or their "cred" (Rolling Stone, Hands up, Brian Williams are some major news failures as of late)

Baldwin may not be the hero (of canton) Gamergate wants, but he is fighting for us nevertheless.

sidenote: I laughed the other day when Baldwin, who has a show starting up in a week and should be in PR mode, called some goony sjw a "cuck" on twitter.... what a time to be alive.

mm i'd guess it's nice at this point in the shindig to get all extraneous nutjobs and wildcard loose-ends on the record and having conversations. Baldwin falls into that broad category and it's beneficial to know where he stands on topics

You know, I have A LOT of people tagged all over Reddit based on their comments and you'll be surprised how many racists, actual sexists (not made up one by SJW's) and religious nutcases are right now here being pro-GG.

Lets be honest. You want him to NOT interview Baldwin because you are not OK with his opinions. Basically, you want to censor Baldwin, if you can.

Nice job with whole censorship battle btw. This is why I consider myself neutral, because most GGers are full of shit.

That's not censorship. Censorship would be attempting to suppress the interview once it had been recorded. I'm just not interested in Sargon interviewing Baldwin, any more than I'd be interested in him interviewing Jack Thompson or Anita Sarkeesian.

I always smile to myself that I earned a block from Baldwin for pointing out his inconsistency.

Still respect the man, but he's not really any better than an anti, just on a different ideological "team" (one that is currently less odorous)

Just like not all antis are awful, neither are all right wing ideologues :P

I'll be happy to listen in and see what he has to say ^^

I am really looking forward to this stream, I am a huge fan of Adam Baldwin, namely through his acting jobs and his stance on the 1st amendment... I was truly surprised that he was even able to work with Whedon when he was on Firefly because their ideologies clashed(Granted that Baldwin had more of a rational ideology than Whedon did)
