Gonna get mine out tomorrow, what should I expect?

The surgery itself wasn't bad. I just sort of went out, and then woke up with my face numb. So far the pain's not bad, just weird numbness.
Also, my taste buds are all messed up.

Does it hurt? Did they give you some good drugs?
Doesn't hurt yet, just very numb and bloody. They say to just take advil in the beginning, totally lame.
Advil? This is so lame
So lame. I got some other stuff, but I can't take them for a while :(
