Definition-group: a group must consist of 2 or more cells

The info "blue cells<0.5*group cells" means that the amount of blue cells in each group is less than half of the group. e,g: 4-cell group contains at most 1 blue cell.

The info "ONLY 1 blue clue = 0" means that the blue cell with number 0 is only one.
