May have won the battle, how do I win the war?

A weekend ago I discovered the evil plague that is bedbugs in my room. I found a few tiny ones in my bedding, and immediately sprung into action, isolated my bed, threw out the bedding, got the mattress covers and pillow covers for all the beds, cleared the clutter, put every stitch of cloth possible in the dryer and then a zip lock bag, vacuum cleaned everything else, made bedbug traps for furniture legs, put down Cimexa in every room in the house on your guys' recommendation (thank you). It seems like I isolated the problem to my room, my housemate wasn't home for three weeks and when he came back he didn't get bitten. Since my epic round of cleaning, I haven't seen any sign of bed bugs nor have I gotten bitten. So my question is, how do I solidify my victory? I am planning on doing another round of cleaning/Cimexa in a weekend, and if I still don't see signs or get bitten, repeat biweekly for the next six months. It's there anything else I need to do? Also, when will it be safe to get my clothes out of the plastic? Thank you for good advice.
