Question: RMA length
So I just sent my 360 into Motorola for repair. Huge crack on the back due to watch band. How long did it take for you guys to get yours back?

I spent about 3 months without mine trying to get it repaired.... The repaired it wrong 3 times...

straps and back piece on the wrong way around...
They then sent it back and the alignment on the back was awful! cutting into the band!
Then they damaged the watch really bad the third time..
I ended up getting a new replacement

That's horrible! How can one mess up that much?

i have no idea..... I have had a bad experience with the company they use for their repair centre before... It was my phone... The screen was still hanging off when they sent it back...

Dropped my package off at FedEx June 25 and got my watch back July 7. So took about 2 weeks with the July 4th Holiday weekend. Would have had it back 4-5 days sooner so I'd say a little longer than a week to get it back.

I want to say 4 to 5 days from mailing it in to getting it back. I thought it was rather quick.
