[Wiki Project] Common Question #1: "Which team should I root for?"

#What is the point of this project?

We get complaints about a lot of the same questions being asked over and over. To limit this, we're trying to collect a mega-post for each question with as many answers as possible. Over the off-season I'll post a question every few days, eventually it will all be edited into a wiki.

Then when someone posts one of these questions AutoModerator can direct them to this wiki. The user gets the answers they're looking for and it decreases reposts.

#How can you help?

Provide some awesome answers for us! Please avoid any circle-jerking topics, and try to be as detailed/informative as possible. If you have a good resource, post it.

If you have an idea for a question please post it here

#What questions will there be in the future?

Here is the original post. The questions will be ones where the answer doesn't change drastically every time it's asked. (Ex: Why are we not doing dual flairs?/Who should I root for?/Is it too late to start playing/etc.)

#Today's Question
