Attack on Titan Force Sub Battle of Trost
It's the usual business, the people of Trost are happily minding there own business when our of the blue the fucking Colossal Titan just up and kicks in their doors. The prick.
But no worries Recruit Eren Jaeger is here to save the day with his marvelous powers...of...being realllll dead? Welp.
Fortunately fate is smiling on them for once as he sends:
Round 1: Your favorite street level hero/anti hero to replace Eren.
Round 2: Your favorite street level villain/anti villain to replace Eren.
For both rounds your choice will be told about the Titan's weakness and briefed on the general situation. They will however, have to introduce themselves to the military and convince them to accept their help if they want their co-operation.
So, can your favorite characters do the work of a Titan and save Trost from being overrun?
Discuss.
(My choices are Edward Elric for Round One and King Bradley for Round Two. Both of them could kill the fuck out of some Titans with or without 3DMG but for once Ed is in the better postion, his alchemy gives him a lot more tactical flexibility than Bradley and he can do what Bradley can't and seal the breach.)
N.B The Titan Shifters will not act beyond the Colossal Titan kicking in the gates.

For round one: Miss Milita would do pretty well in Eren's place,if a sword can deal enough damage to drop a titan then fuck tons of rockets should be a pretty good replacement. Provided she's briefed on their weak points of course. But I'm not sure she's my favorite.
Harry Dresden (although out right more powerful) would probably have less of an impact, Thou Shalt Not Kill has really done a number on his lethal capabilities.
For Round 2 Uhh Skitter is pretty fucked, I guess she could maybe have her bugs eat their way into/through the weak spots of the Titans. Actually if that worked she'd have a mildly efficient low risk way of killing titans.
Jack Slash would go fucking ham though. Oh man, put him up on a wall give him one of those razor swords all the kiddies have and watch him do work.
Miss Militia won't be that effective, but sometimes rockets will randomly hit the Titan's necks. If she knows their weakspot, they're fucked.
I agree that her first few minutes of fighting won't be super effective, likely she'd just blind a few momentarily, but I think it's safe to assume that she is competent enough to either notice that a sword to the back of the neck I a kill or to politely ask someone what she can do to be most helpful. Once she figures out how to kill a Titan then the invasion would fail under an unending (she doesn't sleep, reload, or run out of ammo) rain of professionally placed high explosives.
One character went full lumberjack on a small Titan to no effect, it just healed between hacks.. You pretty much have to destroy or remove the nape all in one hit.
Of course killing Titans isn't the main problem here, it's sealing up the bloody big hole in the gates. :)
Well MM can destroy the whole nape in less than a second from a pretty fair distance. Jack extends the full cutting force of his blade indefinitely, so as long as he is informed of or observes someone using the weak point he could duplicate what the kids do in terms of force and do so from a safe distance w/o 3dm gear.
Skitter might not be able to out damage the regen of the titans but thousands of bugs chewing in unision does a lot of damage, and again she can strike from safety.
Plugging the hole need not be the main goal of the hero if they can kill titans fast enough to push them back and allow humans to patch up the wall, and I think MM and Jack Slash could both fight that efficently. Jack would need breaks of course but MM doesn't sleep or reload since she simply reforms her weapon fully loaded whenever she desires.
EDIT: Blocking the hole in the wall is the one thing Dresden might actually be good at. He isn't great at earth magic but it shouldn't be totally beyond his talents to figure out a spell to plug the hole in the wall, especially if he decides to use something other than Evocation, or if he used the Winter Mantle to throw up a bigass ice barrier (which would need refreshing of course but not too frequently)
Skitter can't, we're talking about a man sized chunk of flesh that needs to be removed or obliterated in seconds. She never had them chew through anything that fast. The best use of her talents would be co-ordinating strikes and temporarily obscuring Titans vision whilst the soliders take them out.
Also by the time the battle gets going the city is literally over run within the first few minuetes, it's not a tiny village it's a fairly big Rennaisance town with govermental incenetives to boost the population. MM and Jack will be the best damn Titan killers in the battle but they can't be everywhere clearing out Titans and holding down the breach which is constantly pouring in more Titans in large enough numbers I doubt their ability to close it down long enough to do the fairly extensive work on repairing it. MM may not need to sleep but she still gets tired, hungry, injured etc.

I'm not actually sure MM gets tired, I can't remember seeing her any more worn out than winded from a run, and she goes to all kinds of S-class situations.
While yes she'd need a break to use the restroom or grab a snack; both she and Jack can kill any titan they can see in roughly a second and from a range that the Titans just can't answer. Also from my memory the Titans at first flooded into the town as all the ones which were at or near the wall followed those that were at or near the breach, and after that the intruders slowed down to more of a trickle than a flood. For instance how many Titans did they have to kill to get the breach clear enough for Eren to plug it with the rock? I'm pretty sure that the number is low enough that either of the capes could stop it.
Even if they can't win the fight solo (which given that they can strike down titans from atop the wall I wouldn't be surprised if they could) they can certainly buy time for the city to be evacuated, and thin out the numbers so that even the weak sans-Eren resistance the city puts up should be able to handle it with either of their support. Hell if nothing else MM could just demo the area above the breach and fill it with rubble stopping the tide if somewhat weakening the wall.
