Grove of trees or bushes increases earthing. Sit or sleep in a grove.
Nick Costanza commented:
I did some experimenting myself today with my volt meter. I wanted to see if touching trees made you grounded. When I touched the bark of a pecan tree out in the open yard I did not get any grounding. When I touched a blueberry bush I did get some grounding effect. When I went by the edge of woods underneath a bunch of trees it was as if I was grounded even with my rubber sole shoes on. I know were I will put my hammock when I get one."

Nick Costanza did not disclose measurements but a TI commenting in a TI forum did:

According to liver tree exercise in qi gong, pine trees give more energy than other trees.
Could redditors use a body volt meter to test themselves surrounded by trees or bushes compared to in a barren yard and post a report? Include types of fauna you tested. Does length of time spent in a grove continue to increase earthing or is it an immediate effect?
Does hugging a tree or leaning against a tree increase earthing?
Does wrapping a copper wire around the tree, routing the wire through a window and wraping it around yourself inside the home increase earthing?
