One of my decks only has a single 3 cost creature as the lowest cost creature. It is a red black [[Kaervek the Merciless]] deck designed to annoy other players. It does not win often but it does drag the game out and normally no one likes me at the end. I need creatures that fits this theme while having a low casting cost. Any suggestions are helpful.

Not sure if this fits your theme, but [[Humble Defector]] helps them draw spells so that they can take damage from Kaerveck.
Alternatively, if you want to draw the game out, discard seems like it would help, so something like [[Hypnotic Specter]] would work.
I like that this is a somewhat different approach to red/black, so if you post your deck list i'd be happy to look it over and try to help you out a little more.

The Humble Defector I like as it puts control in other people hands the hypnotic specter not so much as I am the only one targeting people. My deck is strange but I enjoy it. It is also been added to the post.
Alright, since you have Forbidden Orchard, I'm gonna recommend [[Varchild's War Riders]].
Also good with that type of effect is [[Blood Seeker]]

Also [[Shocker]] could be a good mayhem card. It's the low cost version of [[Barbed Shocker]] and [[Dragon Mage]]
