I don't think these women are actually 1 mile away from me.

There's just something off about all the women in my area that I can't quite put my finger on. None of them ever have any local landmarks in their pictures, and they don't really look like most of the women around here. No gear with logos of any local sports teams or universities.

I've begun to suspect that all these profiles are just people from various places around the world who have been added in to pad my search results because there aren't enough genuine local matches that are actually "1 mile away".

Is there something I can change in my settings, or my behavior as a user, that will make sure that the pictures that are shown to me are of women who are really in my area?
