Do the dunk contest scores feel completely random for anyone else?
Doing the dunk contest in mycareer, my guy does a crazy 360 and the announcers go nuts like it's a 50... I get a 36. Other guy does a lame ass dunk and the announcers don't really like it and he gets a 44. Last time I did it it also seemed completely random.

Supposedly it's like based on time of your controls, but honestly, they shouldVe used 2K11's method of controls AND have placed scores for more difficult dunks.
Figures. But even comparing the computer's dunks with each other the scores seem to make no sense. The whole gamemode is just awful.
Mfw they only give an AI 50 for a 360-between the legs-reverse dunk. Well not sure if that dunk existspb in the game but it's something crazy like that.
Oh I loved those controls so much. It felt so much better doing dunks with the analog sticks than the Guitar Hero style crap it is now. The scoring also felt a lot more consistent and better overall.
Guitar Hero controls were in 2K14. In 2K15 it's press, release, fail, scream at the TV.
Nothing will ever beat old NBA Live game's dunk contests.
They should have kept 2k9's dunk contest and dunk school
If I'm remembering correctly, they changed it because people complained about it being too hard. I was very annoyed because I thought it was almost perfect.
