23-M. Work in Social science research lab. No 401k. How does my portfolio look

http://hellomoney.co/portfolio/b9a4b3-how-does-this-look I am 23-M working in social science research lab. I plan to pursue a PhD either this year or next so I won't have any income for a while. I have 40k in the bank to work with if I needed to invest more and have fully invested my roth in the last 2 years. I plan to invest in my roth another year and then when i leave my current job ill have a weird roll over pension thing that i want to use for my roth. So I know ill be able to fund a roth for the next year or two. I work with edward jones with someone who has been with our family for many years. The reason I stay with him is because his advice and help essentially saved my grandparents and still allows my grandma to live happily. Hope that all makes sense. Anyways what do you guys think?
