Who is the best at running the ropes? Speed, style, rebounding off the ropes. What's your opinion?
I just finished watching the first ever ladder match at Wrestlemania, between Shawn Michaels and Razor Ramon (Scott Hall) on the WWE Network. And I thought it was a great match. The thing that really stood out to me was just how fast Razor runs the ropes just after stepping over Shawn and slamming into him for a double knock down. With the slow and at sometimes painful to watch speed with which I've seen the contestants of Tough Enough running the ropes, it got me to thinking that it's a pretty good way of seeing just how fast an agile a wrestler is. So, I wanna know, who is the best ever?

Bradshaw/JBL. He looks like he's gonna snap the top rope when he goes for the Clothesline From Hell.
Worst I've ever seen, Kelly Kelly. I think she was afraid of them.

There is so much in-ring stuff I like about JBL. It's just all the horrific stories I hear about him backstage, hazing, homophobia etc, but he sure did know how to hit the ropes. WHAT A CLOTHESLINE MAGGLE.
I'm a huge Bradshaw/APA fan. I wasn't watching when he was JBL. The only thing I mark out for harder than the APA's music hitting is SCSA himself.
I understand you reasons. But him as a heel wrestler(tactics and what not) for maybe 2 years plus.. Was matched by his promos. Literally everyone hated him. Then he would back it up and put over who needed put over.
