How to deal with losing alot of AA/KK pre-flop
Past few days for me have been brutal. I 9 table 25NL(9max) outside of not going allin preflop, I make about 10-12 BB/100 which I would like to thing is pretty good.
The recent problem this week I have lost about 8 buy-in to losing with AA/KK preflop, which is hindering my ability to make any money.
I feel like I am a bad player bc my BR is lower than I started with(was at 1k, now ~800).
Should I move down to 10NL for the time being, maybe I feel so shit inside is because I was playing with 40 BI. Problem is the grind with 10NL is so slow, even if im crushing at 15 BB/100.
Now onto KK, the problem with 25NL(i dont know how many hands ive played but alteast 15k) but today I lost 3 BI bc I got KK vs AA everytime. "The forth raise is usually aces" is what I would usually apply, but after watching some pro-poker/reading some book they say its okay to put it all in preflop with KK(and AA) since it just value.
Am I just on a sick cooler or something. Played Poker for years and never had this happen to me. Either way I was just disgusted by todays RNG and I am here to vent it. I will be moving down to 10NL till I grind it to $1300(so i can have +50 BI for 25NL)
My sick RNG for today:
-
AA vs K10 all in preflop, guys flops K-10-10
-
My AK vs AJ with flop/turn A-2-8-10, I bet 80% pot flop/turn, guy catches J on river(wasn't all in but big pot)
-
AA vs KJ all in pre-flop, Guy catches K-J on the flop
-
KK vs a guy with 75% VPIP who goes all in on UTG. he has AA
-
Flopped Quads with 3's, guy out Quaded me with 4s by flop
-
Flopped 9 other AA today, all 8 other players folded Pre-flop to a 3x Blind raise. Limp aces time?
-
AA vs QQ all in-preflop, guy catches a Q on the flop
-
AA vs JJ all-in preflop, guy catches J on river.
-
KK all in vs AK(60% vpip player), catches A on river.
QQ pew pew. /rant
I know guys, fold-pre, but how can ye fold AA? =(
