Anybody want a roommate (or sub-lease)?

I am a mid-20s guy and work a M-F 9-5ish job. I'm open minded and easy to live with and have a lot of experience with different roommates (still friends with all of them).

I would like to live in a place that is within a half mile of any of the midtown north/south train stops (arts center down to civic center). My budget is anything up to 1000/month and I don't care how many roommates there are. I need to have a new place by September 1st.
