fpv camera

I found what looks like a really good deal on banggood. http://www.banggood.com/Eachine-CCD-700tvl-110-160-Degree-Camera-Lens-w-5_8G-FPV-Transmitter-p-977402.html. this is the one I stumbled upon but when I searched banggood for 148 degree fpv camera, 3 options came up. the one I listed, one with 600mW that says 1/3 Cmos: http://www.banggood.com/Eachine-700tvl-13-Cmos-FPV-110148-Degree-Camera-w32CH-Transmission-p-974874.html and then there is one that is 200mW and 1/3 Cmos: http://www.banggood.com/Eachine-700TVL-13-Cmos-FPV-160-Degree-Camera-w32CH-Transmission-p-970051.html I have no idea what any of this mean. what does 700tvl mean,1/3 Cmos, and then 200/600 mW? is that good?
