Thought on trading my 07 Sv650s for 09 fz6?

I have a pretty blue SV with a delkevic slip on that I adore, but was considering trading it with a guy on CL for his slightly newer fz6 with slightly more miles (mine has 10k, his 15k). I've read all of the differences and know about the i4 vs v2, but I wanted some of yalls opinions.

For starters, before I got my SV I was aiming at an fz6, but the guy sold it out from under me while I was driving to pick it up. I liked the idea of having a sort of 2 in 1 bike that's more comfortable with better highway passing power. If it's anything like my turbo'd car, then it's pretty meh down low but after a point it takes goes nuts.

I'll also mention that in October I'm going to be commuting about 70 miles a day on the freeway, and after even 50 my back starts to hurt on the SV, which is where I feel the fz6 will excel.

The fz6 comes with a bag on the tail and apparently only needs a new chain.
