Accidentally wiped up the start menu in Zorin OS, help!

I went to alacarte and deleted everything, I used the "restore system configuration" but it only restored part of the start menu, how do I restore alacarte from zero with all its useful links? Help please!

P.S: Also wiped out the menu selection theme (Zorin OS Blue), where do I download it again?

P.S2: This all happened because I couldn't edit the right side of the start menu (the one with the links "home folder", "documents", "pictures" etc.), anyone know where can I edit it?
