Retaining photo information after photoshop adjustments?

I'm new to flickr and I uploaded a photo with color correction in photoshop and the image still retained the camera information but in another photo I did some adjustments and cropping and I lost all photo information. Just wondering how it works exactly thanks.

the chicago pics are the ones I'm talking about in this example https://www.flickr.com/photos/133360054@N07/
