Camp's are starting everywhere and yet still nothing on Evan Mathis? I was told he would have that huge deal by now, wasn't I?

I mean, everyone was saying that there was no point in signing during the dead period between OTA's and Training Camp and that he would certainly be on a roster by the time Training Camp started. Anyone who suggested otherwise was an "idiot" who "didn't understand" and yet now camps are in session and we're hearing nothing. Well, nothing except that the Dolphins feel they're "fine with what they have" when they were asked recently about Mathis.

Could it be? No. No way. Could it? Noooo. But...noooo... Well, maybe. Maybe all those people who were just so sure, so positive they knew better than everyone else, could it be that they were wrong?

Could it be that Evan Mathis cannot get a better deal than the one he had? Could it be that he and his agent played themselves into a very bad situation? One where they may have to come out and announce that the deal he had with the Eagles was actually a good deal and that they can't beat it?

But, PFF... Rankings... Sparq scores... What happened?
