EU servers are still not up to scratch

The EU servers are still not up to scratch in my opinion. Even when my ping is below 70 I am still being bumped around and rubberbanding like crazy. And I know this isn't just me. It's got to the stage were it's better for me to play on East US servers rather than my native EU servers. Can someone confirm that the devs know that this is even a problem. I havnt seen anything on their Twitter to suggest they are trying to fix the problem.
