Af confirm chips on adaptors.

I have a Canon 70d but before I ever got a DSLR I was quite into SLR's and have a load of realy nice, fun lenses for my OM-1. My issue is I'm so reliant on the split focus screen and frankly a nicer viewfinder I find it to time consuming to manual focus in really quick situations.

I was wondering if it's possible to get an AF chip on my OM to Canon adaptor. The reason I ask is the litrature is really confusing, I don't understand if this only works with spesific lenses or if it would even work in such a weird format or are AF chips really accurate enough to be worthwhile.

If this is possible could someone tell me what I need and if not what an alternative might be.
