I, Sir, am of Jewish decent and practice Judaism. I come to you to to ask if Rome could provide asylum for all Jewish refugees fleeing from Austria.

Minister Alberici, I'd like for Rome to become a safe haven for those in persecution, more specifically the Jews in Austria. Last night Adviser Tobias requested humbly for me to do this, and I have accepted his request. Could this be done?
