[Build Help] Trying to see the benefits & drawbacks of 4 coolers.

I understand it is (or can be) all a trade-off when it comes to parts, and I'm trying to understand the benefits and drawbacks of a few coolers. I guess size, noise level, and, efficiency being the most important factors. I have 4 coolers in mind:

Noctua NH-U9B is more quiet than Noctua NH-D14, yet it's about $20 cheaper. I don't understand why.

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO seems to be the most recommended cooler by far. I'm guessing because it's cheap? What's the drawback?

This one may be kind of random, but the CRYORIG C1 is the sexiest looking cooler I've seen. What am I trading off by getting one of these?
