If you traded for additional draft picks, do you even bother with drafting a kicker?

Keeper league- sold off pieces last year for additional picks this year. What I didnt consider was that I will be done drafting after the 13th round, while the rest of the league still have 3 rounds to go. It seems really weird to be drafting a kicker as early as the 13th, but ultimately I still need a kicker. Also worth noting we draft the night before the opener. Just draft Gostkoski in the 13th, or load up on lottery picks and add/drop the next day?
