Padres fan! Cardinals fan here! Going to a game next month, need some help!

Hello! First off, I'm a huge Cardinals fan that lives in Southern California. I'm planning on going to PetCo for my first ever time next month, probably the 22nd, and I need help.

I'm not too certain where the best seats in the park are. I'm willing to spend $30-$40 bucks per ticket, so two tickets around $60-$80 bucks. Are there any underrated seats? I do like sitting in the outfield.
