I (f/23) am trying to meet a guy (m/25) but may only have 15 minutes the first time we meet

We started talking a few months ago but because of my job I was working weekends and we couldn't meet but my schedule changed a but now he has switched jobs and works a lot 6am-8pm 7 days a week and has a probation curfew at 9. We live about 5 hours apart. My question is would it be weird if I asked him to meet up for just 15-30 minutes? Or do you think it would be too much for him?
