Know any Central Asian & African Literature?

I'm looking for some books written in Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Azerbaijian, etc.) and some African Books translated in English. I've always been interested about those countries especially the former and I wonder what kind of literary works they've produced. If you guys know any, that would be great! ^^
