Remembering important dates? Not important...

Just thought I'd share this little anecdote with some people who would appreciate it. Went to the doctor this week with my new insurance card after being put on my narcissistic mother's insurance (after of months of begging!). Handed the admissions woman my insurance card and ID. She checks it on the computer and tells me there's an issue with the birthdate. Yep, my mother put the wrong birthday for me down on the paperwork, a full two years wrong. You'd think you'd remember the date of something momentous like birthing a child, but nope, not mama narcissism! I wish I could say this was the first, or tenth, time this has happened, but...
