Grad School Options

Hi, so I am looking to apply for grad school (masters program no thesis or thesis) and I honestly have no idea what my chances of getting into grad school are or what grad schools I should apply for (high/medium/low quality/reputation).

Here are some of my highlights:

Major: Mechanical Engineering with an undergrad minor in CSE (don't know whether I will finish or not/should I still include in application??)

GPA: (3.38/4.0)

GRE: Taking it (08/07/15) lets assume it is high considering I feel fairly confident

Internships: 1 unpaid one for my dad's company, learned a lot about stepper motors and manufacturing parts in China, did some work with designing parts in NX 9.0, ect.. (I don't know whether to count this as an internship since it was for my dad's company)

Jobs: Currently work at my school helping to teach a 100 level engineering class. My official position is an engineering mentor.

Research: Currently working on a research project at my school this summer.

Clubs: Formula SAE, but I only did this for like 1 semester sophomore year (it was just too much of a time commitment)

I just honestly have no idea whether this is enough to even get into grad school or not. I am looking to do something in either bio-mechanical systems, mechatronics, or aerospace. I guess my question is realistically what grad schools should I apply for that I could get into? Like U of M has a top aerospace program, but I don't think I could get into there with my grades, but I honestly have no idea whether or not that is true. Thanks!!
