Local NFL broadcasts in Macomb?

I'll be attending Western this Fall, and my apartment doesn't allow DirecTV. I'm a huge Rams fan so I was wondering if the Rams games are broadcast locally on FOX or if it's the Bears. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
