[Build Ready] Rate/Help me on this Build

###Build Help/Ready: Build Ready!

This is my first build, I need some help. I think this is a pretty great build, everything is negotiable except for graphics card, 980 TI minimum, and I need a 4k monitor and I like the one I got, but a cheaper one would be welcome. Thanks!

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)

Yes.

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

Virtual Reality/Gaming/Basic Movie Editing

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

FPS/Screen Resolution. I'm going to be using this for VR at HTC Vive launch, so it needs to at least have a 980 TI.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

$3000 or less, 980 ti minimum graphics and I need a 4k display.

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

U.S.A
