[Cosmere] Regarding the Knights from Dalinar's Visions

During The Way of Kings, one of Dalinar's visions shows two Knights Radiant. One is male, the other female. They're both full Knights with Shardplate and Shardblades.

The male Knight Radiant looks like he's a Windrunner or a Skybreaker since he's shown using Gravitation to fly in. I'm leaning towards Windrunner, since he's focused on protecting people.

However, I can't lock down what Order the female Surgebinder is from. She is shown as using Regrowth to heal, and that is a subset of the Surge of Progression. That Surge is exclusive to the Edgedancers and Truthwatchers. However, it looks like she managed to teleport onto the field.

There are two Orders of Knight Radiant who should have access to the Surge of Transportation: Elsecallers and Willshapers.

Does that mean that there was a third Knight associated with the vision, who helped the Knights reach the field? Did the Knights have an One-Way Oathgate setup?
