Repair tool for PS4?

Is there ANYTHING that can help me fix some sound issues on the PS4? When I turn into a werewolf I lose some of the audio that goes for devouring and growling. The werewolf makes no sound, most of the time.

There is absolutely nothing that I can find that can help me fix it. I tried reinstalling already. Thanks in advance.
