Country of purchase: USA
-
Budget range: $300-$500
-
Purpose (netbook, ultraportable, mainstream, gaming, desktop replacement, etc.): netbook/ultraportable/mainstream
-
Screen size preference: 11"<
-
OS preference (Windows/Mac/Linux): Windows 8.1/10
-
Gaming requirements (example games and desired fps/settings): No real gaming requirements. I'm lugging my desktop pc to cover my major gaming needs. I want to be able to occasionally play some shitty flash/unity games. Nothing too demanding.
-
Other performance requirements (video editing, CAD, etc.): As I said before, nothing too demanding. I want to be able to listen to music, talk to friends on skype and study at the same time. I'd like to watch/stream HD movies too. That's it.
-
Brand preferences and reasons (already owned accessories, familiarity, business compatibility): No real preference, but I purchased a Lenovo Yoga 2 earlier today. I'm unsure on how I feel about it yet. I'll probably take it back if I can find something 'better' or the same but cheaper. I'm not against purchasing something refurbished.
-
Any particular style that you like (examples are great): I really like the idea of a 2 in 1 laptop. Both convertible and detachable are fine
