(REQUIRE HELP)This has been bugging me for quite some time..

Got back in the game for my free week,saw some stuff,did some stuff but what I was reminded I hate is.... the "fake" cd on my spells (even inscription has it) while ccd. I don't have addons and I've disabled the loss of control alerts. It really gets on my nerve. Please halp?
