The events are as follows:

Event # 1: Decathlon

Event # 2: Powerlifting - Totaling the total weight values of the Bench, Squat, and Deadlift.

Event # 3: Ultimate Beer Pong - 5 rounds until gold medal round. Each round's alcohol content is doubled along with volume; starting at 10% alcohol, and 8 oz. and the distance for throws is doubled each round. Instead of each time you miss a shot, you drink, it's when you miss and make it; you drink.

Event # 4: Marathon Run

Event # 5: Strongest punch - Who can hit the hardest!

Event # 6: Durability test - This event is split up into multiple rounds based on who can recover from the punch and continue on; This event is multi-day event allowing contestants to rest between each round; however, rest may not exceed longer than 24 hours. Round One starts with a 1 ton punch to the body and progresses, ideally an extra ton per round, until the last one standing.

Event # 7: Water balloon fight - In an elimination format, person to land 3 water balloons onto their opponent wins the match. Event takes place on a basketball court - whole court and stand are fair game.

Event # 8: Video games - Heroes are to play the 5 vintage arcade games, those with highest scores move into the next round. The games are as follows:

Round One: Pac-Man

Round Two: Pin ball (Play boy edition)

Round Three: Galaga

Round Four: Tetris

Round Five (medal rounds are vs. each other): Street Fighter II

Event # 9: Cook a full course meal and convince the most harsh of the harsh critics to give their best reviews.

Event # 10: Hot dog eating contest top with the Source

Event # 11: Olympic Style Boxing

Event # 12: Fencing
