Questions for Ulta employees.

I work at Dillard's in my mall (I sell handbags and jewelry) and I visit Ulta constantly (my Dillard's is small and there isn't a good selection of makeup brands, + I like cheaper things). Now at Dillard's, I have strict sales goals, but great pay and great part-time hours (averaging 25 hours a week, $11.50/hr).

Well today I had an Ulta employee tell me that I should apply online. I've been looking into getting a new job (see back to super strict sales goals) and leaving Dillard's, but I want to know what I should expect if I get hired.

Average pay? Average hours? How is your experience working there? etc. Literally feel free to tell me anything.
