Any Mintpal updates?

I'm sure there are a few of you out there who got screwed by mintpal like I did. Just wondering if there have been any developments in the shitshow. I know I'll never see any of the funds back but I'd like to at least see Green/Kennedy have to repay something to the community, however unlikely./
