My ISP is plotting against me...

I swear, there must me some dude at Verizon who wants to make my life a living hell. 2 weeks ago, on a Friday, I was playing a game when I got an auto disconnect error. CSGO couldn't connect to steam servers, and I couldn't browse the web. 5 minutes later, just enough to get me a cooldown, my internet is back online, just to see I have a 7-day ban.

Fast forward to today, same thing happens an hour before my cooldown level would decrease. Internet goes offline for 4 minutes, I get an autodisconnect error, and yet another 7-day ban.

Should I just contact my ISP? Will they take complaints regarding poor/dropping internet connections? It's really getting on my nerves.
