GAfE v. O365 for Education?

Hi All,

Just wondering what your experience has been with Google Apps for Education and Office 365 for Education. We currently are running VMWare Zimbra for all of our staff (High School District) and want to move to something completely in the cloud. We're looking towards GAfE and Office 365 because we have a limited budget for the move - and both are free solutions.

We have around 5,000 staff members and 25,000 students. Currently only our staff members have e-mail accounts, but we are planning on giving our students e-mail accounts as well (Student_First.Last@domain)

Any suggestions/experience/reviews would be appreciated. Thanks!
