So this is a very rough draft of something pretty cool i want to try, I kind of just threw this together last night and play tested a couple games it went alright winning a decent amount. I feel Vlad is a very powerful ruler and want to play around with her but not just control Vlad.

Currently don't have a side board built, opinions are appreciated.
