Having some tough money issues and I need advice.

Alright so I have a few problems and I need solutions fast. I'm 18 and me, my mom, my aunt, and my cousin have been living together for about 3 years. Our rent right now is $850 and my mom only has $840 in her bank account after paying her car payment and insurance. My aunt has been working but she hasn't been paid yet if at all. My cousin is in middle school and I haven't been able to find a job because I didn't graduate high school. On top of that we also have to pay the water bill which is about $100 and the electricity bill which is about $130. Any advice anyone has would be greatly appreciated.
