Anyone have the link for the updated timeline for "super" features to be released with the DLC's??

I remember the link where Viceral or the BF Facebook page released an update detailing when the gun bench, competitive matchmaking system, etc would be released. I know that the Matchmaking system and ladder are coming with the Getaway DLC but I do not know about the rest. If someone has the link could they help a brother out?
