[Build Help] Looking to build a 1000$ gaming PC
###Build Help/Ready:
Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)
Yep.
What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
A lot of gaming on Steam, and browsing dank memes.
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)
One monitor, 1080p. I want things to look pretty, so my highest priority is max settings with fluency. I'd like a high framerate, but if something needs to be sacrificed to fit the budget, I don't mind a lower FPS.
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
1000 US dollars, but I'm flexible.
In what country are you purchasing your parts?
US, Illinois

I'm upgrading from an ASUS q550lf laptop. Also, I have an old Seagate 1TB 7200.12 from disassembling one of my parent's old desktops. I didn't include an OS because I'm pretty sure the computer will just boot up with the Windows 7 on the drive, right? I'll probably erase all the other stuff and proceed to clean install Windows 10 when I figure out how.
