[Question] Do I need the SDK 8.4 to make tweaks for the iOS 8.4's Music app ?

Hello! I would like to start making tweaks for the iOS 8.4's Music app, but I only have the SDK 8.1. So, do I really need the SDK 8.4 to make my tweaks? If I need it, could someone upload it for me ? Thank you!
