Could Andrew still be Charles?

The adopted thing makes sense, maybe when he was ready to leave radley, mr D. didnt want him again on their house even if the radley doctor said he was ok to go, so they put him in adoption, some familly adopt him and he is a lot older in real life, but is on the same school year as the girls cause he lost a lot of school years while in radley? that would explain as well why was he near the dollhouse when the police found him, and he may be telling the truth and he really is trying to help the girls (he is not ubre A, and A is just using him), also he could pass as a dilaurentis, hair eyes, etc etc, marlene said he was 1 of the 3 genuises in rosewood
