Avoiding copyright?

Is there any way to avoid copyright on TV sized beatmaps? I've done some research but the only options I have are:

-play DT or NC (I'm a nomod player so that's out)

-avoid uploading TV sized or famous Japanese songs (most of my best runs are on tv sized songs unfortunately)

-raise the pitch of the beatmap (didn't work for me)
