Looking for/thinking of creating a guild

Title, basically. The guild I'm in now has 15 people, but only like, 5 are regularly active, which makes guild battles a little harder. That, and the ones who are active, can't even bother to try and retrieve anyone's gems (out of maybe 10 gems since I've joined, there's only been a handful of attempts at retrieval)

So, I was going to create a guild, but would like to have some support before I do lol. That, or join one that's fairly active.
