Misclassification and Underpaid Wages

Labor Law

So I believe I have a lawsuit against my former employer for unpaid wages, employee misclassification, as well as violating minimum wage laws. Essentially they make us file 10-99 as subcontractors paid from commission off of the jobs we do per day, Many days this results in 10+ hours days making less than minimum wage in Indiana by law I believe they are required to pay up to that and overtime over 40 hours. They make us wear their prefered shirts drive their vehicles and use their equipment as well as tell us when and where to be somewhere and when we are done for the day and I was "fired" today for turning down a job after 6pm which would make it well over a 10 hours day as far as I know that makes us W-2 employees. How should I proceed with this situation I am severely broke and will have trouble paying for an attorney. I never signed anything stating I would be paid as a 1099 worker if that helps my case any.
